Migration Policies
Climate change, which threatens the whole world, has brought many changes such as the increase in frequency and severity of temperatures and extreme weather conditions, melting of glaciers, rise of sea level, reduction of ecosystems and biological diversity, endangering human health, agriculture and food security. Turkey has become an important destination for migrants due to reasons such as civil wars, drought and economic poverty, especially in the Middle East and the African continent.
